From several signals at once: sender details, subject line, letterhead, customer number, order history and your existing identification rules. Delivery addresses and customer-specific product numbers are checked against your master data, and ambiguous cases are flagged, never guessed.
It goes to your team for review instead of straight into the ERP. Every line item is marked as confident, uncertain or unresolved, and you can increase automation step by step once results have proven stable on your real orders.
As much as your data allows, and you decide how much. The automation rate depends on your document quality and product range, so we measure it on your actual orders instead of quoting a generic percentage. You set which cases run fully automatically and at what confidence threshold.
Mercura structures the incoming order and transfers it into your ERP. Where supported, the order is simulated first: price differences, requested delivery dates, availability issues, blocked products and other ERP feedback show up directly in Mercura for review. Pricing itself stays in your ERP.
No. Each customer works in a separate tenant environment. Your orders, customer data, corrections and learned rules are never shared with other customers, including competitors, and this is contractually guaranteed.
Usually within two working days. Mercura runs a technical test on your product master data and real orders from your inbox. Your team checks the results first; the ERP integration only follows once the process has proven itself.
